HOW TO BECOME A FULL MEMBER OR ASSOCIATE MEMBER:
Membership costs £290 per institution. Institutions can nominate appropriate people from their organisation to become HEBCoN representatives. Membership is annual and runs from 1st November – 31st October of the following year.
Your membership should renew automatically, but if you’ve taken time out or your membership has expired, don’t worry – we’re here to welcome you back.
To find out if your Institution is already a member please contact [email protected] to enquire
ALREADY IN AN EXISTING MEMBER INSTITUTION
Need access as a member of that institution to the HEBCoN web resources area and jiscmail discussion group.
Email your request, including your staff details using your institutional email account (we will not accept private emails accounts from staff working in Universities)
The HEBCoN Executive Officer will contact your Nominated Intuitional Lead person (normally the person responsible for paying the membership fees) to validate your request.
Following the validation process your login details will be forwarded to you.
Should your institutional membership fees lapse or membership is removed your access to the HEBCoN web site and jiscmail will also cease. In such cases please contact your institutional HEBCoN lead person to discuss reapplying for HEBCoN membership as an institution.
