HEBCoN Strategy Consultation

At our 2020 AGM we discussed the close of our first network strategy and the future of the network. We asked members to vote on HEBCoN’s strategic direction, and we received the mandate to develop a strategy to begin to professionalise the network. We are now pleased to share with you the draft strategy to get your input. We want to know that this is focussing on things that matter to you and will increase benefits of your membership.

We also have a few questions on padlet which we’d be grateful if you could take a few moments to look at. Please add a response to the questions listed or feel free to create your own post-it to share ideas and comments. After the consultation closes, the Exec Team will review feedback, refine the strategy, and prepare to launch it at our AGM in September 2021.
